We begin by hand-sponging into the upholstery fabric our exclusive blend of soil emulsifying, spot removing and deodorizing cleaning agents.

We immediately follow with our high-power MR. STEAM vacuum extractor to suck out all loosened fabric soils, cleaning solution and odors out to our recovery tank for safe disposal.

We repeat both stages of this process over heavy soil areas to achieve the best possible results.

We apply 3M Scotchgard Fabric Protector at additional charge upon request.

Average drying time is 1 to 2 hours or less.

NOTE: Some fabrics may be too delicate to clean with our method, in which case we'll test clean before proceeding.

STEAM'S Upholstery and Furniture Fabric Cleaning Method typically uses no more that 4 to 6 ounces of our environmentally safe and non-toxic cleaning agents. All extracted soils and recovered cleaning agents are disposed of safely according to state and local regulations.
Rest assured that we at MR. STEAM will do everything we can to use cleaning agents and methods that are safe for our Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Customers, but please warn us in advance if there is anyone on the premises who may have above average hypersensitivity to common household cleaning products.
